Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them after completion of the transaction. Your initial mortgage consultation is always free of charge. Depending on the complexity of your mortgage there may be a fee for our mortgage advice and arrangement service, which will be discussed and agreed before you make a mortgage application. A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. A typical fee is £499, plus we will receive a commission from the lender.
